The median price for February dipped from 850K vs last years 650K, a -24% decrease. This dramatic change was due to the over 1 Million Dollar priced homes sold in ’21 vs ’22. last year we sold
30 units vs 13 this month. We need inventory!

As predicted mortgage interest rates are creeping up.
Rents will continue to rise, increases will remain about 5% pushing many people to see the benefit in buying.
